Description for Vacancy:
Applications are invited for the position of Research Assistant in the Infectious Disease Research group of Prof. C M Gupta at IBAB, Bengaluru. The successful candidate will participate in research projects in the area of actin-binding proteins in Leishmania using multidisciplinary approaches. Experience in molecular biology, cell biology and/or structural biology will be an added advantage.
Duration:
The positions are available initially for a period of one year and are extendable by further two years.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s degree (M.Sc. OR equivalent) in Life Sciences/ Biochemistry/ Molecular Biology/ Biotechnology/ Zoology/ Genetics or related subjects with at least 65% of marks or 6.50 CGPA from a recognized university.
