Description for Internship:
This is a flagship programme of the JNCASR, introduced in 1991. Science and engineering students at the bachelors and masters level are placed at institutes of repute all over the country, for two months training in the areas of their interest in the Life Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Physical Sciences, Mathematics and Engineering. Selection is based on purely merit. About 150 fellowships are offered each year. This is one of the highly acclaimed programmes of the Centre and the students are very appreciative of the benefits, enabling them to get inspired towards scientific research during the early stage of their education.
Duration of Internship:
Internships will be for two months duration between May to July 2023.

Perks offered:
- The students selected under this program are placed with scientists at the Centre or elsewhere in India, for 2 continuous months with a stipend of Rs. 10000 /- p.m..
